Big brand, big heart.
How a big brand like RE/MAX is giving back.
Working for a brand like RE/MAX has its advantages, like built-in trust and consumer awareness. RE/MAX leads the industry in brand awareness1 with agents who are voted #1 most trusted real estate agents, year after year. 2 A big brand with a powerful network means RE/MAX also has the power to do good. Here are some of the ways the #1 name in real estate1 gives back to the communities where we live and work.
The trick to being kind starts with inclusivity.
RE/MAX is proud to support the Treat Accessibly initiative, encouraging inclusive trick or treating. Homeowners can take part by giving out Halloween candy from an accessible location and displaying a yard sign. Branded Treat Accessibly signs are available from participating RE/MAX agents. It’s just one way the brand gets the name out there and helps give back to the community. In 2022, over 65 million media impressions and 172 news stories were generated about Treat Accessibly and featured on major news outlets like, CTV, CityNews, Global News, CP24, and the National Post.
Quest for Excellence
We’re on a quest to give back.
Quest for Excellence is a scholarship program offered by RE/MAX to local students in Grade 12. It helps makes their future a little brighter with an award of $1,000. Each year forty graduating students are chosen to receive this scholarship. Last year, the RE/MAX Quest for Excellence scholarship program expanded across Canada3 and the program is gaining momentum and popularity across the country. Over 3,100 scholarship applications from exceptional students were received.
Children’s Miracle Network
This is where the giving gets good.
Improving a child’s future improves everyone’s future. That’s why RE/MAX has proudly partnered with Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) for 31 years, giving back to local hospitals and supporting children in need as well as their families. In addition to raising money at RE/MAX events, Motorcycle for Miracles, Month of Miracles and other initiatives, RE/MAX agents contribute to CMN through the Miracle Home program.
A seller can designate their home a Miracle Home allowing the agent to make a donation on their behalf after closing. The sign creates goodwill for RE/MAX, its agents and makes the seller feel good about working with a company and an agent that cares. To date, the RE/MAX network in Canada has raised nearly $95 million4 in support of CMN.
Kindness is welcome here.
